These terms apply to use of the Lewks Bazaar GY website, customer accounts, product enquiries and orders placed through the store. Placing an order confirms acceptance of the terms that are visible at the time of purchase.

Product information

Product pages show the current listing information supplied by Lewks Bazaar GY or a marketplace seller. Colours and scale can appear differently across screens. Customers should review the title, images, available options, price and stock status before ordering. A product without a displayed price is not available for online purchase.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for accurate account and order information and for protecting their login credentials. The site must not be used for fraud, unauthorised access, automated abuse or activity that interferes with other customers, sellers or services.

Orders and availability

An order is subject to product availability and successful payment or confirmation of the selected offline method. Lewks Bazaar GY may contact the customer when information is incomplete, inventory cannot be confirmed or delivery requires a separate quotation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any completed payment will be addressed through the applicable payment and refund process.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Guyana dollars unless the page states otherwise. Only payment methods presented at checkout should be used. A payment reference, screenshot or browser callback does not by itself prove settlement. Lewks Bazaar GY may verify a payment with the provider before fulfilment.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup are governed by the Delivery and Pickup Policy. A Request Delivery option records a delivery request. The charge, service area and timing may require separate confirmation before fulfilment.

Returns and exchanges

Returns, replacements and exchanges are governed by the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy. Eligibility depends on the product condition, the reason for the request and the information supplied for review.

Marketplace sellers

Where a product is supplied by a marketplace seller, the seller is responsible for accurate listing information, lawful goods and fulfilment of the assigned order. Lewks Bazaar GY may provide platform support and may restrict a seller that does not meet the marketplace requirements.

Liability and service availability

The site may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider incidents. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any concern should first be raised through the current contact methods on the Contact page so that the order or service can be reviewed.
