Payment confirmation

An order is treated as paid only after the selected provider or approved offline process confirms the matching order reference, amount, currency and merchant account. A screenshot, message or browser return page does not by itself confirm settlement.

Mobile Money Guyana

When MMG is available at checkout, Lewks Bazaar GY verifies the provider transaction against the exact order before completing payment. MMG may be unavailable while required verification credentials or provider services are not available. Customers should use another method shown at checkout rather than sending an unrequested transfer.

Payment references and privacy

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, PINs or full account credentials to Lewks Bazaar GY or a marketplace seller. The store retains limited payment references and status information needed for reconciliation, support and dispute handling.

Problems and duplicate payments

If a payment appears unsuccessful, pending or duplicated, contact the store with the order number and provider transaction reference. Do not repeat the payment until the first transaction has been checked.
