Lewks Bazaar GY currently offers local pickup and a Request Delivery option. The same fulfilment method should be confirmed in the checkout, order message and customer communication.

Request Delivery

Selecting Request Delivery records a request for delivery. It does not create a fixed delivery charge or guarantee service to every location. Lewks Bazaar GY or the responsible seller may confirm the destination, delivery availability, charge and expected timing before fulfilment.

Delivery information

The customer must provide accurate contact and destination information. Delivery timing can be affected by product availability, seller handling, location, weather, traffic and the delivery provider. Customers should not send confidential payment credentials in delivery messages.

Local pickup

Pickup is available only after the order is confirmed as ready. The customer will receive the current pickup instructions and should bring the order reference and any identification reasonably needed to release the order safely.

Unaccepted delivery quotation

If a quoted delivery arrangement is not accepted, the customer and store can agree to pickup, another available method or cancellation before fulfilment. Any completed payment is handled through the applicable cancellation and refund process.
